What are the untrue things you tell yourself every single day?

Many of us took on negative thoughts about ourselves and internalized them due to being in unfit environments where we couldn't express ourselves.

We also then couldn't get the proper feedback we really needed to neutralize (and learn how to neutralize) those thoughts, which is actually the role our guardians play in our childhood.

This is why many of us having limiting beliefs BUT the good news is that we all have the power to transform them into something different.
