Toni Marie has over 14 years of experience as a college counselor. She understands that the college search process, while exciting, can be stressful and at times difficult. She has had the unique opportunity to develop and deliver comprehensive college planning curriculums for 9-12th grade students in public, private and charter schools. In addition, she has worked for many years in the teen leadership development arena. Among her many credentials, Toni Marie is a proud member of the country's highly respected professional associations, including HECA (Higher Education Consultants Association), NACAC (National Association for College Admission), and CCC (College Consultants of Colorado).

The University of Oklahoma was my first campus stop as I drove East on a road trip to combine college visits and family connection. It was a wonderful visit and tour - I learned a lot about this large, public institution in Norman, Oklahoma. It was my first time to visit the school, as well as the state, and I was greeted with great hospitality. My tour guide Megan, a current student, was super enthusiastic about her experience at OU as a dance major. It seems like a tight-knit, engaged community where the students embody the Sooner spirit and pride.

I am so happy to be setting off on a cross-country road trip where I will have the opportunity to visit several college campuses across many states! The first stop will be the University of Oklahoma on Monday - keep an eye out for pictures!

I'm so excited to attend the virtual HECA (Higher Education Consultants Association) conference today and tomorrow. The event is co-chaired by our own Diane Lomonaco and it is packed with great speakers and informative and relevant sessions!
