I like so many others are tired, we are tried to fighting and yet we continue because we are stronger together and I truly believe love and care will win in the end. Micromanagement affects the productivity of employees, and they are less likely to feel engaged in their work. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employees who receive frequent micro-managing are 2.5 times less likely to be engaged in their work than those who do not. In addition, frequent micro-managing makes it difficult for employees to develop a strong relationship with their supervisor, which can also lead to disengagement.
