Safe space to comment and discuss.

This is something I’ve been thinking about for a while now.

I’m honestly really disturbed watching coaches, mentors, and ppl I’ve invested with over the past few years not saying a word during these times.

And if you’re afraid to speak up, why not take a stand for things we can all agree on?

Freedom for all beings.
End racism.
End the illusion of separation.

We’re all going to remember the ppl who said nothing and stayed silent.

For the sake of not hurting their sales, or whatever.

For the record I speak out a lot more on my Facebook, I use it as my unfiltered thoughts stream, lol

Here, I have been more hesitant to share everything in my mind bc I don’t want to turn ppl away from learning about 🍄‍🟫 medicine.

But I’ll always check in and let ppl know where I stand.

Idc how much growth or success I ever achieve in the future…I’ll never be silenced by vanity and profits 💯

Yeah… I didn’t stop skateboarding because I got older.

I stopped because I kinda forgot who I was for a while.

I didn’t step on a board for almost 15 years.
Not because I didn’t enjoy it — I always did.
But because somewhere along the way, I bought into this idea that growing up meant letting go of the things that actually made me feel alive.

You know?
Like skating was “immature” or “not practical.”

So I tried to fit into the 9–5, do what I was “supposed” to do…
and honestly, I slowly lost my creativity, my imagination, and my sense of personal authority.

Skating used to make me feel fearless.
Like a rebel.
Like if I could try a hard trick and eat s**t a hundred times, I could probably handle life too.

And when I stopped skating… that part of me kinda disappeared.

Life got heavy.

I gained weight.
I struggled with depression.
I used food to numb stuff instead of feeling it.
I just felt disconnected — from my body, from movement, from joy.

Then a few years ago, mushrooms came into my life.

Not in some crazy way — just really intentional microdosing, shamanic dosing over time.

And what surprised me was how it started bringing old stuff back.

Memories.
Skills.
Confidence.

It felt like my nervous system remembered who I used to be.

Skateboarding came back — not as nostalgia, but as medicine.

Now it’s part of my training again.
Part of my fitness.
Part of my creativity.

Skating mixed with calisthenics.
Discipline mixed with play.

And honestly… that changed everything.

The heaviness lifted.
The spark came back.
I started feeling like myself again.

So yeah — if skating used to light you up and you’ve been missing that part of you… you’re not broken.

You probably just forgot for a minute.
