Meet Uppercase Expert Teacher, Noraa Ransey! Today, Noraa shares advice for integrating mindfulness techniques into your classroom.

Simple breathing exercises in the classroom can help tension disappear for students. It sends messages to their brains that everything will be ok and that they can do hard things.

Showing your learners that this technique is important for you, even as an adult, inspires students to add it their own toolboxes so it becomes important to them, too.

What mindful strategies do you use in your classroom?

Teachers, we’re eager to help you connect with like-minded teachers beyond the four walls of your classroom. Uppercase Expert Teachers like Noraa are ready to answer questions, support professional development and provide advice for teachers everywhere.
