📚❤️💙 Celebrating Academic Growth at The Rock! 💙❤️📚

Lincoln County Schools is celebrating academic growth and achievement across the district following the release of the 2025–2026 accountability results — and we are so proud of the accomplishments happening right here at Rock Springs Elementary!

🏆 Rock Springs met growth in both Reading and Math and exceeded growth in Science!

🔬 90.2% of our students are proficient in Science!
➗ 84.4% of our students are proficient in Math!

These numbers represent so much more than statistics. They represent the hard work, dedication, perseverance, and growth of our students, along with the commitment of our incredible teachers and staff who show up every day to help our students succeed. 👏

On Friday, our teachers and staff took a moment to celebrate with some well-deserved cake! 🎂 And Principal Palmer shared a special congratulatory announcement on the Rock Springs Morning Show, recognizing our students and thanking them for all of their hard work.

We are incredibly proud of our school! Keep reaching, keep learning, and keep growing!

Way to go, Sailors! We are SO proud of you! ❤️💙⚓️

Our 4th and 5th graders showed up in a BIG way this morning! 😍 The line for the RSES School Store stretched all the way to the entrance of the Media Center! 🎉

📅 No school Monday Sept 7 for the Labor Day holiday, but we’ll be back Tuesday!

And Kindergarteners, you’re up next! You can join our 1st graders at the School Store on Tuesday!

Our Specials teachers have put together a wish list of everyday supplies that help our students explore, create, and grow! Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. ❤️

Items needed include:
Empty cereal boxes
Milk/water gallon jugs
Tissues & paper towels
Sponges & baby wipes
Styrofoam plates & empty yogurt cups
Plastic grocery bags
Old magazines
Plastic egg cartons
Ziploc bags (all sizes)

How to donate:
Please label items “Donation to Specials” and drop them off at the front office.
