Welcome back! Part ✌️: Spoiler Alert!
It was me!
I was standing in my own way!
---
I thought about my unfulfilling life constantly!
My sh*tty career. My unhealthy habits. My loveless relationship. && how I wasn't even close to where I thought I'd be in life at this time (married, kids, house, etc)!
---
Me thinking about how terrible my life was, only attracted more negativity and more challenges.
---
Have you ever caught yourself screaming "how could things get any worse?!" And then something terrible happens!
Yup! I've been there!
That's the Universe showing you "energy attracts like energy"!!
So if you are negative, more challenges come.
If you are positive and full of gratitude, good will come (may not be instantaneous, but I promise, the good will come)!
^^ I wish I knew that back then...

Let’s do something fun this week! Follow along each day for all the ups and downs of my journey!
—
Part 1: Secretly Desperate For Change!
I used to live my life as if it was a social media highlight reel. 🎞️
"Fake it till you make it." 😬
Smile through my burnout. 🥹
Hide my feelings behind fake laughs. ☺️
&& when no one was watching, I'd cry. A lot. 😭
—
I would put up a strong front, but behind closed doors I’d be:
- Researching what career is best for my personality type
- Pinning the healthiest recipes and best workouts to lose weight
- Watching TV series that were inspiring vs entertaining
- Reading numerous self-help books
- && Visiting multiple apartment buildings to see if I could afford to live on my own and leave my joint living situation I had with my boyfriend
—
I was desperate to be happy. I felt stuck. && I was completely lost on how to make long term change, because everything I did didn’t work.
I ended up staying unhappy and having a million photos just like this one, where even my “fake it till you make it” smile didn't fool anyone.
Stay tuned for part✌️tomorrow!

This is me. The dorky. Real. Silly. Me! 😋
My brother, soon to be sister-n-law, fiancé, and I were having way too much fun exploring Colorado National Monument and ended up taking these ridiculous photos! (Swipe to see "Honey I shrunk the kids" vibes)
---
Taking these photos brought my inner child to LIFE!
We were laughing, cracking jokes, and playing out what our other siblings would say about them!
---
I remember having MAJOR high school trip to Paris, France flashbacks, where we pretended to lean on the Eiffel Tower!
---
Comment below with how you tune into your inner child?

You are strong.
You are amazing.
You are free.
You are powerful.
You are capable.
You are worthy.
You are unstoppable.
You are YOU.
---
Don't let life being tough, stand in our way.
You deserve everything you want and more.
---
Now go show life how tough you really are.
You got this! 💪

O hello, middle of no where Alabama!
Yup. Another non-glamorous photo from my phones photo gallery. 📸
I took this photo in the middle of no where Alabama, during my cross country road trip after putting everything in storage.
---
I remember this drive like it was yesterday:
I jammed out to Ke$ha's song "Women" on repeat.
Cried till the road became blurry and then pulled myself together so I could see straight.
Stopped a few times to visit girlfriends and to vent about how stuck I felt.
&& kept telling myself the same mantra over and over again: "I'm not giving up. I'm just starting over."
---
Looking back.. this drive was EXACTLY what I needed at the time.
Having the road below me made me feel free and like I was moving in the right direction.
---
What do you need right now in order to feel free?

Have you ever put EVERYTHING you owned in a storage unit and walked away from it?
Better question: Have you ever WANTED to?
---
This is not a photo I found on the internet, nor stole from a friend.
These are my belongings.
In a storage unit.
That I then drove cross country away from for 2.5 months.
---
Why?
Because I reached my breaking point.
---
I broke off my long-term relationship, quit my 9-5, put everything I owned in this photographed storage unit, moved in with my sister, and hired a life coach.
---
Those decisions, every 👏 single 👏 one 👏 of 👏 them, is why I'm here today as a Certified Life Coach.
After a lot of deep work and self discovery, I returned to my truest, happiest self and realized I wanted to help other women do the same!
My mission is to help women, like you, live a life you love, without reaching the breaking point of literally putting everything you own in a storage unit and starting over!
---
If you are feeling close to your breaking point - DM me.
I know I can help.
I've been there.

Have you ever been asked “what do you want in a partner?” and your response has been “Umm .. no. But I DEFINITELY don’t want “x, y, or z”.
That’s ok! That’s a great start!
The fact of the matter is, knowing what you don’t want in a partner will steer you closer to what you truly DO want - and that’s where the magic happens!
—
When you know what you want, you are able to:
Turn down anyone who isn’t “the one” with ease and grace, versus ghosting and feeling guilty.
You stop wasting time on dating apps that aren’t providing you quality matches, and take the time to align your desires with the right dating app.
&& You have the strength to put all of your energy into people who are aligned with your dreams.
—
So, honor where you are and be proud that you know what you absolutely DON’T want, but then dig deep and discover what you truly do want, so that magic can kick in.
If you need additional support, message me, because helping you discover what you truly want is my specialty! 🤍 🤍 🤍

In fact, I’d say it’s completely normal!
When you are going through a break up, it’s normal to be sad that the relationship is ending. But you can also be happy that you are doing what’s right for you and your mental/physical/emotional health.
Same with leaving a job, you can be sad to leave your “work fam” but happy that you are no longer living at an unhealthy stress level.
—
Don’t let the conflicting emotions trip you up or doubt your decisions!
You are doing the right thing!
Trust yourself. 🤍

It’s ok to not be ready to date!
In fact, it's so damn important to:
- figure out what you want first.
- take care of you first.
- chase after your dreams first.
- prioritize your goals first.
—
Dating & finding love isn’t the end all, be all!
—
If it’s what you want, GREAT, then let’s find it!
But if you work with me, you’ll quickly learn that I’m all about finding YOU first, then we will work on finding your perfect match. 🤍🤍🤍

But really. Every single feeling you are feeling right now is 100% valid.
Whether you are going through a break up, unable to find a decent match on the dating apps, or struggling to discover what you actually want in life or in a relationship.
You are not alone.
I have been there.
I have helped those who have also been there.
I promise everything you are feeling right now is valid, but it’s not forever.
If you need support on processing all of your emotions and understanding where to go from here, I’m here for you!
