Are you looking for a fun way to exercise that doesn't feel like exercise? Welcome to ALL people, ALL sizes, and ALL fitness levels! Whether you have never danced before or have danced your entire life, this class is for you. Come have fun shaking it to Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion, Lizzo, and other current day music.
There are 3 rules (all put in place by the founder, Jessica Bass James):
1. Have fun
2. No judging
3. Don't give up.
