So, ya'll know I had a total right hip replacement on February 21st. That is healing and going well. April 30th, 34 months after the accident tat caused it, I had C2-C3-C4 Posterior fusion along with Anterior C5-C6 fusion in between my existing C4-C5 and C6-C7 artificial disc replacements. Dr's had to remove most of my left side spinal bone on the C2-C4 area due to degeneration and replace with bone graph. Nice bolts, rod and cable to hold and stabilize everything. 3.5 weeks in now. S**t sucks. A lot. But....there is already a very noticeable improvement in my symptoms. 9 weeks to go in neck brace still. But, the difference between before surgery and now is already great. I don't, and won't have much movement of my head anymore, but is a fair trade off for pain and headache relief. The last 3 months have been rough. Next will be as well. Then I will be going under the knife to correct my L5-S1 and sciatic issues. So, will wrap up most of the year in similar fashion. We have given 2024 the name "Hell Year ". Goal is to hit these issues hard, get it done, thru recoveries. I'll never be anywhere near the person I was. But, I am ready to start enjoying the best quality of life possible. Can't do that with cover up procedures a.nd pills, while underlying conditions continue to worsen. So, 2 of 3 done. Recover than hit the last.

Biden's "Build back better " if it were a toilet.

Boeing is the perfect example of why you should accept the calls and BUY THAT EXTENDED WARRANTY!! 🤣🤣🤣

Someone share a story of a funny firearm related story that they experienced.

FACTS!!! So, wife grocery shops. I Stay home. Much less stressful for everyone involved.

Leave it! 😄

Make sense now?

I'd like to start a Question and Answer trend here on this page. I think it would benefit everyone here, myself included, to get more involved with everyone on a little more personal level involving the carry laws of your state, concealed or otherwise. Or just firearm questions, opinions, suggestions, thoughts, laws, etc. I am open to all hearing all opinions. But, will also share mine as well. I will answer any questions I known the answers too. If I don't have the immediate answer, I will definitely, research and find the answers regarding laws in your state to the BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY. If I have to research, I will try to attach the current state statute to support my answer. Helping others with proper training and safe practices, has always been something I felt strongly about. While our rights are ours and not (supposed to be) from government, I do strongly believe in a responsibility on the firearm owner to have sufficient training and knowledge to properly exercise this right in public. So, any questions??? SHOOOT!!!!

“And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press, or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms" -George Washington, Debates of the Massachusetts Convention of February 6, 1788

Such POWERFUL words from a WISE WISE man.

How strangely will the Tools of a Tyrant pervert the plain Meaning of Words!” ― Samuel Adams

EVERY GODDAMN LEFTIST LIBERAL, when talking the 2ND Amendment.

Wonder what the punishment is for breaking this prohibition.

Just an update. I guess it's been a while since I last posted about this. But, I am still dealing with several medical issues and a long series of surgeries that have me unable to host classes at this time. I am available to answer questions and assist with trying to untangle a lot of the confusion in the colorado legalities where I can. I apologize to those who I'm unable to assist personally. Hopefully I will be at this sooner than later.

USCCA 02/07/2024

I'm not intentionally promoting this particular business, (although they are very good insurance), however, I do encourage watching the attached video. I discuss this often with people, who argue about how they have time to rack slides, and they say, it's unsafe to carry with a loaded round in the pipe. It really does come down to trigger discipline when holstering/unholstering, grip and trigger safety designs, and individual firearm experience and practices. Unless you intend to use your firearm as a club, you need to practice, practice, practice and learn to use your firearm properly and safely, to be efficient and effective.
