WHAT IF THE FEELING THAT SOMETHING IS OFF… IS ACTUALLY A WHISPER?

It's Soulful Saturday. And today we're having a conversation I think so many women need to hear.

Have you ever looked at your life and thought: “Why am I not happier?”

You may have the career.
The family.
The responsibilities.
The accomplishments.
The full calendar.

The life you once thought you wanted.
And yet… something feels off.

Here's what I want you to consider today:
Maybe your life isn't broken.
Maybe you've changed.
Maybe something that once fit… doesn't fit anymore.
Maybe you've outgrown an identity, an expectation, a role, a routine, or even an old definition of success.

And maybe that little voice saying…

“There has to be more than this…” isn't a problem to solve.

Maybe it's a whisper worth listening to.

Today on Soulful Saturdays with Saylor, we're talking about:
Something Feels Off… But You Can't Quite Explain Why

We'll explore the signs that your inner compass may need adjusting, why we sometimes drift away from ourselves, and how simply noticing can be the beginning of meaningful self-transformation.

Because before you can change what isn't working… you have to be willing to see it.

Today's Soul Nudge: Don't fix anything today.
Just notice. What drains you? What energizes you?
Where are you saying yes when you mean no?
What no longer feels like you?

And what is quietly asking for your attention?
Come sit with me for a little while.
Bring your coffee.
Bring the parts of yourself you've been ignoring.
Let's listen to the whisper together.

SOMETHING FEELS OFF… BUT YOU CAN’T QUITE EXPLAIN WHY.

Have you ever had that feeling? Nothing is necessarily wrong.

You're showing up.
You're getting things done.
You're taking care of everyone.
You're checking the boxes.

But somewhere inside, there's this little whisper:

“This isn't quite it anymore.”

Maybe you're exhausted by things that used to energize you.
Maybe you're saying yes while feeling resentment.
Maybe your calendar is full, but your life feels strangely empty.
Maybe you're accomplishing things… but not feeling fulfilled.

Or maybe you've caught yourself thinking:

“There has to be more than this.”

Before you start changing everything, buying another planner, making another five-year plan, or deciding you need to completely reinvent yourself… PAUSE.

What if nothing is wrong with you?
What if you're simply beginning to recognize that something in your life needs to be refined?

Tomorrow on Soulful Saturdays with Saylor, we're starting our September journey with REFINE—and our first step is NOTICE.

🧭 Something Feels Off… But You Can’t Quite Explain Why

We're talking about the subtle signs that your inner compass may need a little adjusting and what your soul might be trying to tell you.

Because sometimes transformation doesn't begin with a giant leap.

Sometimes… it begins with noticing.

☕ Grab your coffee and join me. And bring that little whisper with you.
You might finally be ready to listen.

IT'S HERE! Episode 51 of Soulful Saturdays with Saylor is LIVE!

And honey... we're going backstage.
You've heard the polished version.

Today?
You're getting a little of the “WAIT...LET ME START THAT AGAIN!” version.
Because after three years, four seasons, and 50+ episodes per year, I've learned something: I don't need to be perfect to do what I'm called to do.

And neither do you. I'm with dyslexia.
Did I ever think I'd become a speaker? HECK NO.
Did I stumble? Yep.
Did I mess up? Absolutely.
Did I have to restart? TAKE 41, BABY.

But I did it anyway.
And that's what today's episode is really about:
💜 Radical self-acceptance
💜 Stop editing your humanity
💜 Letting go of perfection
💜 Laughing at yourself
💜 Doing it anyway
💜 Being unapologetically YOU

Because what if the thing you're trying hardest to hide...
is actually the thing that makes you relatable?

What if your mistakes don't make you less worthy?
What if they're simply... part of your story?

Episode 51: “Wait... Let Me Start That Again!”

Come laugh.
Come listen.
Come hang out with me.
And while you're there... SUBSCRIBE. Heck Yes... subscribe!

We're heading into Season 4 and I have a feeling we're just getting started.

Because the world doesn't need another perfect woman.
It needs YOU.
Gloriously human.

Apparently… I have something to say about your to-do list. 😂

What if your exhaustion isn't proof that you're doing enough?

What if it's actually your soul whispering:

“Girl… SIT DOWN.” ☕😂
Because somewhere along the way, we decided being exhausted meant we were successful.

Busy meant important.
Overwhelmed meant dedicated.

And burnout?
Well, we wore THAT like a badge of honor.

Until we realized… burnout is expensive.
It costs your peace.
Your joy.
Your creativity.
Your relationships.
And sometimes, it costs your connection to YOU.

In this week's Soulful Saturdays with Saylor, we're talking about “Your Soul Has a Rhythm” and what happens when you finally stop forcing, stop comparing, stop chasing—and start listening.

Because flowers don't bloom all year.
Trees let go.
The ocean retreats.
The moon changes.
And music needs silence.

So perhaps your pause isn't a problem.
Perhaps it's part of your masterpiece.

Come sit with me for this one.
Bring your coffee.

I'll bring the sass.

IT'S HERE!

Permission to Do Absolutely Nothing is LIVE!

And beautiful soul...

This one? We're talking about something I think so many women need to hear:
You don't have to earn your rest.
Not after the laundry.
Not after everyone else is taken care of.
Not after you've answered every email.
Not after you've checked every box.

Not after you've exhausted yourself to the point where your body finally says,

"ENOUGH!"

You are allowed to stop...
BEFORE you're completely depleted. Because rest isn't lazy.

Rest isn't selfish.
Rest isn't wasted time.

✨ Rest creates space.
✨ Space creates clarity.
✨ Clarity creates connection.
✨ And sometimes that quiet space is exactly where the good stuff begins.

Today we're talking about the sneaky beliefs that keep women stuck in the cycle of constant doing...

We're laughing about our inability to simply sit down...

We're talking coffee, clouds, laundry, squirrels, pajamas and the very serious business of doing absolutely nothing. 😂

But underneath all that sass is a message I really want you to hear:

Your worth is not measured by your productivity.

So grab your coffee.

Put your feet up.

And come spend a few minutes with me.

Because maybe...

Just maybe...

The most productive thing you can do today...

Is give yourself permission to BE.

BEFORE YOU SEND THAT TEXT… PAUSE.

You know the text. The one you type when you're frustrated.
You reread it 17 times. Add a period. Remove the period. Add an emoji.
Delete the emoji. And suddenly you're considering whether a thumbs-up could start World War III.

Yep…we've all been there.

In this week's Soulful Saturdays with Saylor, we're talking about THE POWER OF THE SACRED PAUSE.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn't respond.

It's wait.

☕ Before you say YES.
☕ Before you send THAT text.
☕ Before you jump in to fix someone else's emergency.
☕ Before you give away another piece of your peace.

The pause creates space between emotion and action…pressure and peace…guilt and wisdom.

And sometimes the holiest words you'll ever say are simply: “Not yet.”
Friend, you don't have to respond to everything. You don't have to rescue everyone. And you definitely don't have to buy property in Drama Village.

Come sit with me for a little coffee-chat soul talk about why one intentional breath can change your day…your relationships…and maybe even your life.

IT'S HERE...and I think this might be one of the most important conversations we've had all year. 🎉

🎙 NEW: Rest Isn't Lazy...It's Leadership

Friend...

If you've ever felt guilty for sitting down...

If you've ever cleaned the house before "allowing" yourself to relax...

If you've ever believed you had to earn your rest...

This episode is speaking directly to YOU.

Inside today's conversation we'll laugh...

we'll challenge the lies hustle culture has taught us...

and together we'll discover why rest isn't a reward...

it's a responsibility.

Because the healthiest, happiest, strongest version of you isn't the exhausted one...

it's the restored one.

So pour yourself a cup of coffee...

take me with you on your walk...

or curl up in your favorite chair...

and let's have one of those heart-to-heart conversations that reminds you...

✨ You don't have to earn your worth.
✨ You don't have to apologize for resting.
✨ And you don't have to carry the weight of the world alone.

🎧 Hit play, then come back and tell me your favorite takeaway.

And if this episode speaks to your heart...
share it with another woman who needs permission to breathe today. ❤️

Can we stop pretending being exhausted is a personality trait?

Friend...when did we start believing that being busy means we're successful?

Somewhere along the way, we traded peace for productivity, rest for hustle, and joy for another item on the to-do list.

If your calendar is packed...
your coffee is your best friend...
and you've ever said, "I'll rest when everything gets done..."

We need to talk.

This week's Soulful Saturdays with Saylor might just change the way you think about rest forever.

Because here's the truth...

✨ Rest isn't lazy.
✨ Rest isn't selfish.
✨ Rest is leadership.

If you've been running on empty, this episode was made for you.

💬 Tell me in the comments...

When was the last time you took a guilt-free afternoon just for YOU?

🎙 New episode drops this Saturday!
