Student profile of the week: Mrs. Crystal Hamilton is 37 years old and has been a student at D.S.M.A. for 2 years. Dedicated 4 to 5 days a week to training in ALL the arts. Crystal stongly encourages others to conquer their fears and to try something new, she has gained much strength and confidence and no longer feels "like a victim"!

35 years in martial arts and 25 years in business!! Saturday was a great day, I was accepted into the Shuri-Ti Bujutsu-Kai with Hanshi Troy J Price. I have been blessed to have met and trained with some of the best martial artist in the world. I am extremely humbled to have been invited in to this incredible organization.

Student profile of the week: Mrs. Marci Bray and her son's have been members at D.S.M.A. for 15 years. Marci started in women's kickboxing in 2015 for fitness and fun, she says "punching things is therapeutic". Now a purple belt in Tae Kwon Do and a yellow belt in Hapkido her favorite thing about training at D.S.M.A. is the "assistant" instructor.

D.S.M.A. 25th Anniversary was incredible!! We had over 100 in attendance, 60 + students on the mats training in Karate, Hapkido and Jiu-Jitsu. Special thanks to our guest instructors Mr. Brian Moretz, Master Terry Giles, Adam Ronsick, Sensei Robert Taylor and Special guest Master Troy Price. I have been truly blessed to share my passion and skills for over 25 years in the little town of Denton. Student profile of the week: Mr. Eric Snodgrass has been a long time friend and training partner with Mr. Freeman for nearly 30 years. Eric is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Blue belt in Hapkido and a Blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu. D.S.M.A. is blessed to have this dedicated police officer, father and friend training with us.
