From a 1130 to a 1340 in just 8 weeks! So proud of this student’s hard work over the summer. They gained 210 points total, with 160 of those points in math alone! Targeted instruction and test strategies make a huge difference, but their dedication to practicing between our sessions is what really made it happen. Hard work pays off!

We’ve been having some big math days over here! Looking forward to many many more 💯

Going back to the basics for this dyslexia student! Using a dictionary reinforces alphabetical order and letter recognition, builds vocabulary, and is kinesthetically aligned for hands-on learning.

Playing games like BINGO for phonics seems fun on the surface, but it’s actually teaching students visual matching, sequencing, sound to letter association, and sustained reading! When students act as BINGO callers, it gives them a sense of independence and responsibility as well as gets them to read for at least 10 continuous minutes without breaking a sweat. Liz’s Tutoring knows how to get those kids a-readin’!!

If you’ve been following along and waiting for school year registration to open, now is your chance! Enrollment is officially open for the upcoming term.

If you’re new here or have been on the fence, here’s a quick look at what sets our programs apart from standard tutoring:

+ A Complete Program, Not Just Homework Help: We offer a structured, university-style 1:1 framework built for deep, long-term skill mastery rather than quick-fix drop-ins.
+ Neurodivergent Specialty: We use specialized, evidence-based strategies designed around unique learning styles, including ADHD, Dyslexia, and executive functioning needs.
+ Tailored Roadmaps: Every student gets a clear, quantitative learning plan designed specifically around their root-cause skill gaps and goals.
+ Private Learning Space: All sessions take place in our quiet, distraction-free private office at Serve Denton.

A quick note on availability: Our peak after-school time slots are already almost full! However, we have plenty of daytime spots open, which are ideal for homeschool families looking for subject support, or college students needing advanced course guidance.

Don't wait until the schedule is completely locked in.
