PreK - 5th Grade
Denton ISD Borman Elementary is known for its community support and has one of the largest mentoring programs in Texas.

The school, built in 1970, was named after Frank Borman, a NASA astronaut and commander of the Apollo 8 spacecraft. Borman is an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), providing students with a strong academic base that focuses on the development of a child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and outside in the world. The school also functions as a Dual-Language campus to produce bilingual and bi-literate students.

The DHS Senior Walk at Borman this morning was full of smiles, hugs, and great memories as seniors walked the halls one more time. Such a fun and meaningful tradition for both the graduates and the younger students cheering them on!

From the desk of Mr.Cardona:

The Borman Choir had such a fun day at NRH2O today! The students got to cool off in the water, enjoy some good food, and make music together. Our students brought home a superior rating and a trophy! We are so proud of these students and everything they’ve accomplished this year.
