Hello everyone,

We are looking for a master’s representative for AGSHE for the 2021-2022 year. The duties of the master’s rep are:

1. Be expected to remain familiar with the needs and concerns of students in their respective constituent groups.

2. Maintain proper and accurate files on all items of business conducted at stated and special meetings, committee meetings, or while they are handling other AGSHE affairs.

3. Coordinate at least one (1) workshop strategically geared towards their respective constituent group per long semester (Fall and Spring).

4. Foster relationships with their constituent group.
i. Invite to meetings
ii. Initiate contacts
iii. Provide information updates Constitution of Association of Graduate Students in Higher Education

5. Coordinate programs, services, events, and activities for their respective constituent group by developing ad hoc committees and appointing members as necessary.

This Saturday, Sep. 26, you can join “Destination Cap & Gown”, a virtual workshop dedicated to graduate students by Dr. Rachael Capua. She is a “speaker, encourager, blogger, & believer in all things student persistence”. Her workshop will run from 9:00am-12:30pm via Zoom.
