Stuck on campus with car troubles? 🚗 No worries! UNT Transportation Services provides free Motorist Assistance to help you get back on track. From jump starts to tire inflations, we've got you covered whenever you need us most.

There are plenty of places to park. A fire lane isn't one of them.

Please keep fire lanes clear at all times so emergency responders can access campus buildings when they need to. If you park in a fire lane, and you don't drive a police car or a big red fire truck, there's a potential you could get a $100 citation.

Howdy Eagles!

We have another home game this weekend, which means that vehicles parked around the DATCU stadium need to be moved to allow for game-day parking. You are able to move your vehicles from this area starting today at 12 p.m. and can move them to any of the Eagle parking lots on the east side of campus. Vehicles must be moved by 10 p.m. tonight, or they risk being towed to Lot 40 and having a $125 towing fee added to your account.

NEW this year, students can catch a ride back to their dorms by riding our shuttle in Lot 40 from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.

What lots must be vacated?

- Lot 20: Eagle & Resident

- Lots 70-76: All Mean Green Village

- Lots 80-85: All Victory Hall Lots

Where can resident students move their vehicles starting at 12 p.m. today?

- 59, 57, 55, 54

- 38, 39, 40, 41

Please help us be good neighbors on game day.

Please do not park in the neighborhoods surrounding DATCU Stadium. Parking in these areas increases traffic and makes it more difficult for our Denton neighbors to navigate their own streets. Please see the athletics website for information about official game day parking.

Game Day parking reminder: DON’T GET TOWED.

It is coming back again in two weeks, on September 26.

If you park in a lot surrounding DATCU Stadium, you must move your vehicle before game day.

- You may move your vehicle beginning at 12 p.m. (noon) the day before the game (9/25).
- Vehicles must be moved by 10 p.m. on 9/25.
- Vehicles left in these lots after 10 p.m. will be towed/relocated to Lot 40 — and relocation will cost you $125.

Lots that must be vacated:
- Lot 20 Eagle & Resident
- Lots 70–76 — Mean Green Village
- Lots 80–85 — Victory Hall

Students can move their vehicles to any Eagle lot on the east side of campus after noon the day before the game.

Need a ride to your residence hall? Catch the shuttle from Lot 40 to campus residence halls between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m.

Plan ahead. Move your vehicle before game day and avoid the $125 relocation fee.

Mean Green football is back at DATCU Stadium, and that means game-day parking changes are coming to campus.

By 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, Lots 20, 70–77 and 80–85 must be vacated for Saturday’s game against UNLV. Vehicles left in these lots after 10 p.m. will be relocated to Lot 40, and a $125 relocation fee will apply.

Expect increased parking demand, especially in Eagle lots on the east side of campus, beginning Friday afternoon. Plan ahead and allow extra time to find a spot.

Resident students can start moving their vehicles at 12 p.m. on Friday to Lots:
- 59, 57, 55, 54
- 38, 39, 40, 41

Or more simply put, any Eagle lot on the east side of campus.

Our Associate Director, Mandy Hill, spends a lot of time working hard behind the scenes to keep things moving, support her team and make sure the people around her have what they need to succeed.

She's also usually the one giving the shoutouts. So, this time, we're turning the spotlight around. Mandy, thank you for the long hours, the hard work, the support, and the way you show up for your people. Transportation Services is better because of you.

Game Day is back, Mean Green!

The Mean Green take on UNLV this Saturday, Sept. 12, and that means some temporary parking changes are coming to campus.

Here’s what you need to know:

Friday, Sept. 11 at noon
Eagle lots on the east side of campus is the primary relocation area for Remote, Lot 81 Resident Reserved and Lot 20 Resident permit holders. Expect increased demand and less availability in these areas.

Friday, Sept. 11 at 10 p.m.
Lot 20 (Eagle and Resident), Lots 70–77 and Lots 80–85 must be completely vacated for game-day operations.

Don’t get relocated.
Vehicles left in these lots after 10 p.m. will be towed/relocated to Lot 40. A $125 relocation fee will apply.

Plan ahead, allow extra time to find a parking space and keep these changes in mind from Friday afternoon through game day.
