UNT ISM

Institute for Supply Management (ISM) is to help students grow as a student, network with companies,

UNT Student Chapter of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). The student organization was founded in the fall of 2000 and has been sponsored by the Dallas Chapter of ISM (2000-2009) and the Fort Worth Chapter of ISM (2010-Present). It looks forward to continued growth and development during the new academic year. Students interested in topics related to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing/Materials Management, Production/Operations Management, Decision Sciences, and Manufacturing Engineering Technology are welcome and encouraged to become members. A tentative schedule of activities for 2016-2017 has been developed. The monthly meetings will occur on September 20, October 18, and November 22. Keep a lookout on OrgSync for where the meetings will occur. Please join us for dynamic presentations on various aspects of purchasing/procurement/materials/supply management by business professionals from the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Each year in March, Institute for Supply Management™ (ISM) demonstrates its commitment to lead and serve supply management by encouraging celebrations and awareness activities showcasing the importance of the profession. As a student, we know there's a lot to celebrate when Supply Chain & Logistics degrees are in Top 10 in demand for being hired in 2016.
