Just a few of the amazing photos and memories made on TWU Concert Choir’s trip to Greece and Bulgaria! They performed in Athens and the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki where they presented the world premiere of Lina Tonia’s “Chaos.” A special musical highlight of this trip was a concert in Sofia, Bulgaria where the choir performed alongside world-renowned The Mystery of the Bulgarian Voices Women’s Choir!

Congrats to all of our students that are graduating this weekend! Your countless hours of studying, practicing and rehearsing have paid off; you've earned that degree! As you forward with your professional careers, we hope that you remember your time here at TWU with deep fondness. Stay in touch! Just because you're leaving doesn't mean that you won't still be a Pioneer. We'll always be here for you and we'll continue to be proud of you!

Wishing safe travels to our Concert Choir on their trip to Europe next week! Our students will be representing TWU with musical performances in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece as well as in Sofia, Bulgaria. While there, they will be collaborating with the infamous Mystery of the Bulgarian Voices and premiering the new composition 'Chaos' by esteemed, award winning composer Lina Tonia. We are proud of these hard-working students for this monumental opportunity!

With juries now complete there's only one more push before the end of the school year! Good luck with final exams, Pioneers!

A sincere thanks to Broadway's own Shadia Fairuz for coming in and working with our students earlier this week. We are honored that she was willing to make the time in her busy schedule to share her expertise with us here on campus. Interactions like this with professionals in the field like Ms. Fairuz are invaluable for our students!

TONIGHT (4/29) TWU student composers will be presenting new works in a showcase recital. It is a rare opportunity to hear so many new compositions in one program so this is a performance that you won't want to miss! Note: the start time for the performance has been changed to 5:45PM.

Looking for plans for the weekend? There are still two more performances TODAY (4/25) of 'Love & Loss' presented by our musical theatre program. Admission is free so we hope to see you there later today!

Huge congrats to our Wind Symphony and University Band on their excellent program this evening! The ensembles left Margo Jones shaking (literally!) from their massive sound and the enthusiastic response from the audience.

Our final concert performances for the school year are upon us! Our students, faculty and staff have been hard at work to bring our music to you, beginning with our choir concert this evening (4/21). There is a wide variety of music to enjoy over the next week and we hope to see you all at several of these events!

Join us on April 27th from 3:00-4:00PM as we host the great Shadia Fairuz on campus! Ms. Fairuz is a multifaceted performer and educator whose career has taken her across the world to numerous, prestigious stages. This workshop is free to attend and will be beneficial to all!
