NEW PROGRAM ALERT: Announcing the Denton ISD Honor Card Program

Strong schools and strong communities are built on service. The Denton ISD Honor Card Program is our way of saying "thank you" to the veterans and active-duty service members who have given so much on behalf of others, and for continuing to give back here at home. When our Honor Card members are present at games, concerts, and performances, students see firsthand what commitment and service to something larger than yourself look like.

The Honor Card carries the same benefits as our Gold Card, with eligibility based on military service rather than age. With an Honor Card, eligible veterans and active-duty service members can enjoy Denton ISD home events at no charge, including athletic competitions and most fine arts performances. There is no cost to obtain a card. One Honor Card is issued per person and must be presented at the event entrance for complimentary admission.

If you are a Gold Card member who is a veteran or active-duty service member and would like an Honor Card, we will happily swap those out.

Stop by the Stephens Building (1307 N. Locust St.) between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and bring your proof military service. You'll walk out with your Honor Card the same day!

❤️ We can't wait to see you in the stands, in the auditorium, and across our campuses this year.

CONGRATULATIONS MRS. ARAKELYAN
Our school counselor, Mrs. Amy Arakelyan, is a proud grant recipient from the Denton Public School Foundation! She received funding to purchase tools and resources that will help students build positive social interactions and self-regulation skills.
We are excited to see these resources support our Cross Oaks students!
