Mama Kate's Substitute Service

Mama Kate's Substitute Service I provide hourly assistant and substitute services for in-home daycares in Denton and the surrounding areas. I can help!

My name is Kate Batangan and I have been a registered in-home child care provider since 2011. I know the stress and exhaustion that can overwhelm us after keeping those little angels alive, let alone interacting, educating, soothing, redirecting, and loving them with no help, no break, and no sick days, week after week. Like so many of you, I started my in-home daycare after having my daughter and wanting to stay home with her but still needing a steady income. During my time running my own daycare, I was unable to run an errand without relying on someone else’s schedule. I was unable to make doctor appointments without closing for a morning, afternoon, or even a full day, putting strain on my daycare families and losing income. Finding quality, reliable help is nearly impossible. In response to this void within our industry, I have decided to offer my services as an hourly substitute for appointments and breaks. Please see my contact information below and I look forward to working with you!
