Now offering in person and online music lessons to kids and adults ages 5 and up, and other musical services. Our mission is to help people create and cultivate connections to music because we believe that musical experiences enrich life. Soundbox guides students towards their specific goals through award winning customized lesson services. Our students can study all styles of music including classical, folk, pop, country, blues, jazz, rock and more. We help people pursue the music that they are interested in. Taking this approach keeps the learning experience exciting and fulfilling for all levels of musical study! Our business was founded in 1982 as Bonduris Music, by Thad Bonduris as a way to help cultivate the ever-evolving music community of Denton, TX. When Thad retired from ownership, he passed this privilege on to Leoncarlo Canlas. With this change, we rebranded to Soundbox Musicworks in 2020 to reflect the addition of new musical services, including virtual lessons online. Come visit us at our new location at 221 N.
