Job Description: The Apparel Product Specialist will oversee the product development, tech design, sourcing, and production of all apparel product categories. Responsibilities include driving the processing of all new, core, and seasonal products from development to order placement, ensuring calendar milestones are met, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining quality standards.

We are manufacturer of medical scrub uniforms, committed to providing healthcare professionals with comfortable, functional, and stylish attire. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Fashion Designer with additional responsibilities in graphic design and social medial.
Responsibilities:
Assist in brainstorming, sketching, and developing concepts for medical scrub uniforms, incorporating input from healthcare professionals and industry trends.
Learn and apply basic principles of garment construction, pattern-making, and sewing techniques to support the design process.
Assist in the creation of multimedia graphics and visual content to promote our scrub uniforms across digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
Create social media content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand identity.
Assist in the creation of textile pattern designs by developing innovative and attractive patterns.
Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to develop branded assets, product mock-ups, and promotional materials.
Assist in organizing photoshoots by steaming garments, preparing outfits, and helping dress models.
Provide general administrative support to the design/marketing by organizing files, maintaining sample libraries, and assisting with product presentations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
Strong passion for fashion design and graphic arts, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
Basic knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Enthusiasm for the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to improving the workwear experience for medical professionals.

Jaria Vue ( UNT Fashion Design Program, 2022) got the opportunity to showcase 10 of her designs at Asian New York Fashion Week (ANYFW). Asian New York Fashion Week is one of the newest scenes of New York Fashion Week. It highlights the next generation of AAPI designers.
Jaria Vue designed an RTW Spring/Summer '24 collection inspired by soft feminity with soft volume, gathering, ruffles, and bows. Her main focus was to use only natural fiber, and she chose to work with cotton and silk.

This is an entry-level position, and located in Fort Worth, TX.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Fabric development – Prints, yarn-dyes, knits, and wovens
Creating fabric request boards for factories
Evaluating handlooms, strike-offs, and lab dips from factories
Communicating with factories over sample fabric, construction, and garment fit
Tracking receipt of samples and sample lines
Creating technical sketches for garments
Creating tech packs using PLM
Preparing samples for photo shoots and line release
Photoshoots
Organizing sample lines
Assist with presentation of the line to salesforce during quarterly line release meetings
Participate in sample fittings
Maintaining workflow for current season in development and previous seasons in mass production
Requirements:
Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design/related field
Entry level or 1+years of experience
Previous experience in apparel preferred but not required
Knowledge of garment construction, fit, fabric and color
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office
Experience with PLM a plus
Eagerness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
