📣Reminder for our Dual Enrollment Students:📣

As you prepare for fall break, please remember that you are still expected to attend all scheduled dual enrollment classes unless you have received prior approval from your instructor to be absent.
Fall break schedules at your high school do not automatically excuse absences from your college courses. If you anticipate missing a class, it is your responsibility to communicate directly with your instructor and obtain permission in advance.

Students who are enrolled in the 2nd 8-week term at Denmark-Tech, your classes will start the week of October 11, 2026, and continue through December 17, 2026.

If you do not log in, a no-show will be reported on October 15, 2026.

Make sure you log in to your course(s) on the first day of class and begin participating immediately. When you don't log in and engage in your course, you may be dropped for non-attendance.

***STUDENTS PLEASE REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR EMAILS FOR DTC!!!!

Thank you for your attention to this reminder and for remaining committed to your academic success.
Have a safe and enjoyable fall break!

Each month, the bulletin board by the elementary library features a Kindness-related theme. Teachers and staff have the opportunity to add students’ names to this board if they were “caught” being kind, showing improvement, or other positive actions. At the end of the month, all names posted on the board are put in for a drawing. Three names are selected for a prize, which usually consists of a McDonald’s or Subway gift card.

Congratulations to our first winners for the school year, pictured left to right:

Staurm Singleton, 4th Gr.
Dylan Brown, 1st Gr.
Joshua Heriott-Franklin, 2nd Gr.

As part of Denmark-Olar K-12 School’s investment in strengthening math outcomes, our teachers participated in professional development on Zearn Math last week, preparing them to effectively implement the evidence-based program.

This work reflects our school’s commitment to ensuring all students have access to the grade-level instruction and support they need to succeed.💙💛
