Dismissal Tips

Our dismissal line is moving better every day! Thank you for your patience and support.
Some tips:
1. Please do not block the bus entrance and exit on Tone St.
2. Please have your pink PreK card OR yellow Head Start card visible.
3. Pink is the south lane, and yellow is the curb-side north lane.
4. Once the yellow lane traffic has decreased, the SRO may move some pink lane traffic over to speed things up.
5. We try to close the back lane at 3:30, but we do monitor the traffic flow and clear the lane before closing.
6. Students move to the front entrance after the lane is closed.
6. Students must be picked up promptly.

Arrival Tips

Our little Bulldogs are settling in to our routines, and we love them already! Here are some tips to help with morning arrival! It is already getting quicker every morning.
1. On Tone St., please DO NOT block the bus lane entrance and exit.
2. Please have your student on the passenger side, if at all possible.
3. Once you are in the back lane, please allow your student to unbuckle and have backpack on his/her back and belongings ready to exit the car.
5. Our goal is to close the lane at 7:45, but we do check the traffic patterns and stay open in the back if we see cars on Tone St. These students are NOT tardy.
6. Once the lane is closed by the orange cones, you will have to bring your bulldog to the front. These are considered tardy arrivals.
7. We do keep breakfast available for those who arrive late.
8. We try to begin unloading promptly at 7:15am.

What a sweet gathering of staff and community members who prayed over our school and prayed for all the littles who will enter its doors and prayed for the families and prayed for all the HECS staff who love those littles and help them grow! We live in a great community!
