Callena has 25 plus years experience in the Childcare industry and Early Childhood Education in public schools. She has been working with children since she was 16 years old. in Human Development and Family Studies, A.S. in General Studies, a registered Mastered trainer with TECEDS, registered CDA Advisor, Certified Infant Mortality Prevention Education trainer (IMPEP), Toastmaster-Advanced Bronze

level speaker, an adult trainer, and currently works in Headstart Early Childhood Center at a public school. Training Services. C.F training services was created, because of her belief that childcare educators play a major role in the beginning years of children's lives, which includes early childhood education and child development. Callena feels that it takes a special kind of a person to teach and work with children. Callena's style of training is fun, educational, research based and motivational. Callena has written articles in her local newspaper and have been featured on the local news in her home town where she has discussed issues involving children or the childcare industry. She was keynote speaker for the BPW, college, and various other organizations. She has coordinated many workshops, has trained at the local and state level. She has trained on-site at private schools, many childcare centers, registered childcare homes, college, and Crisis Center. She coordinated 2003 Childcare Minimum Standards conference and SBS, SIDS and Early Brain Development conference. Callena researches and writes her own workshops. Callena implements her own life stories and work experiences into her workshops which make each workshop experience very different and unique. This is what it looks like at C. F. Training Services during the CDA classes. These Candidates are putting the work in to get their CDA Credentials. Work Hard and have Fun at the same time for two months. The Candidates will earn 120 Clock Hours when completed.

Next CDA Classes will be starting in March 2023. We will keep you posted with more details. Would love for you to join us.

C. F. Training Services have been a training center for the childcare and Early Childhood Industry for over 30 years. We strive to make the CDA process, less stressful and not so confusing. We are with you every step of the way. It does not have to be a long dragged-out process. We are not only your instructor, we are your mentor, and coach.
