Completing the 2026–2027 Annual Information Update is about much more than updating forms.

If your contact information is not current, your child’s school may not be able to reach you.

Schools rely on the information provided by parents and guardians to communicate important information throughout the school year—including:

📞 School announcements and important updates
📞 Attendance and student-related concerns
📞 Schedule changes and school closures
📷 Ability for your student to be in the yearbook
🚨 Urgent situations and emergencies involving your child

Please do not assume the school already has your correct phone number, email address, or other information. Take a few minutes to complete the Annual Information Update and make sure everything is accurate.

A link for each student was emailed from [email protected]. You should have been receiving reminder emails weekly if you have not completed the update. If you did not receive the emails, check your spam, junk, or clutter folders. If you still cannot locate it, contact your child’s school.

⚠️ Accurate information = the ability to reach you when it matters most.

Please complete your student’s Annual Information Update as soon as possible.

Don’t wait until there is an emergency to discover the school cannot reach you.
