Ok Ladies! Spectrum is a go! Beginning October 13 I will be teaching dance
MWF mornings 9:00
Tues and Thurs evenings at 6:30
Saturday mornings at 11:15
We will still be at Resolute until then at the regular times. If by chance you don’t use up all your punches before then I’ll refund you. Also, Spectrum is offering all of you a 5 day free trial.
Monthly memberships are:

Single 1 club (Denham) membership:

6 month contract 39.95 + tax
Month to month 44.95 + tax

Enrollment fee $49.99

Annual Maintenance Fee $49.99
*this is charged on the 3rd month of membership and then once a year after that.

One more thing: Executive decision No class this Saturday bc of Fallfest. I think it’s going to be a cluster F trying to park and get to the gym.

Well ladies I am truly heartbroken to say that Resolute Fitness has unfortunately come to an end.
We will still be having dance classes per usual until the very end. If you do not finish any cards you have purchased I will refund any remaining.
I am forever grateful to Annie Normand for getting me back in the gym and getting my s**t together. Resolute Fitness has reminded me of my true love for fitness and trust me when I say it’s not going to stop. Im not sure of what the next step will be quite yet but you all know I can’t sit still for long without shaking my b***y with my girls behind me. We will figure something out, I promise.

This year has been a year of many lessons.

But the biggest one I’ve faced is learning to choose myself.

I have owned Resolute Fitness for four years. We have seen clients reach their goals, fall in love with themselves, fall down & pick themselves back up. We have seen clients achieve fitness goals they didn’t believe they could. We have empowered bodies, we have elevated minds. But now, it is time for me to choose what is best for me.

The stress of owning a business, being a single parent, and going through the medical crisises that my family has gone through this year, have truly beaten me down. And it’s time that I remove everything that has been too heavy to hold, and decide what I want for my life and my children moving forward.

I don’t want my children to over sacrifice, and I have to teach them it’s okay to walk away from things you love, to keep yourself grounded.

I don’t know what the next chapter holds for me personally, but I am ready to walk into my next chapter with less weight on my shoulders and more strength to hold my children.

Thank you all for the love and support you have shown my small business over the past 4 years. Thank you for making an impact in my life and for allowing Resolute to play a part in yours.

10/1/26 will be our 4th anniversary and 10/16/26 will be our final day. Stop by and see us, work out with us a few more times, and say goodbye to the business that built me. 💛
