KidStrong Juban Crossing provides science-based training to build strong and confident kids. We also host epic birthday parties and camps in Denham Springs.

KidStrong Juban Crossing is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident.

Using Bosu balls in class may look like play, but they're building balance, coordination and lower body power one wobbly movement at a time. That's science-based whole-child development, KidStrong style. 💪

Big news: KidStrong is partnering with Good Inside and Dr. Becky. 🎉

Here's why this matters: KidStrong is where kids practice who they're becoming - building strength, bravery, and confidence through movement and character development on the blue floor. Good Inside gives parents the language and tools to shape who those kids are, not just how they're behaving in the moment. Together, we're helping parents raise kids who are strong inside and out.

And here's the best part - all current KidStrong members, and anyone who becomes a KidStrong member before September 13, gets 3 FREE months of a Good Inside membership*. Take the same work our coaches do on the blue floor and bring it home, so what your kid practices with us keeps building at your kitchen table too.

Strong bodies. Strong character. Strong families. That's the goal — inside and out. 💪

*Must redeem by September 13. Check your email for your specific redemption code.

What makes KidStrong different from other programs? It’s simple: We combine science-based programming, expert coaches and a whole-child approach to development that helps kids grow in every way.

KidStrong isn’t just something to keep your kid busy this summer. It’s a kid-centered, community-minded movement! 🙌

We’re focused on:
🤸🏼‍♂️ Whole-Child Development: We’re building strong bodies, minds and character through intentional games and activities.
🧪 The Science Behind the Fun: Our programming is designed by child development experts using the latest research on physical and cognitive growth.
🏅 Highly-Trained, Certified Coaches: Every day at camp is led by trained leaders who inspire kids and create a safe, supportive environment.
🤝 Keeping Parents Connected: We involve parents every step of the way, culminating in a special Awards Ceremony celebration.

When you think you’ve got the spotlight… and then your little brother rolls in like he owns the place. 😎💥

At KidStrong, it’s never just about one kid, it’s about the whole crew. Stronger together, cheering each other on…because greatness runs in the family. 💪

05/11/2026

Leveling up isn’t just for the kids. 💪

Just like our kids work hard to rank up on the mat, our coaches are putting in that same dedication behind the scenes to be better every single day.

The BOSU ball isn’t just a balance tool. 🧠 It’s a neuromuscular trainer. Every wobble forces your child’s brain and muscles to communicate at lightning speed which builds the neural pathways behind reaction time, coordination and agility. We don’t do random. Every tool in KidStrong has a reason. ⚡
