I warned them when they signed up that the greenhouse is a lot of work! The club members did not disappoint today!  They are some of the hardest working club members I’ve ever had! I am very proud of their positive attitude and work ethic! 🦅💚💚💚🦅

Our club members harvested crops this week. They fed our school’s administrators, secretaries, school nurse, financial office, and the janitors a beautiful salad then made themselves one. It’s such a rewarding experience.

Yesterday’s Greenhouse Club meeting had the club members working hard to salvage what the freeze didn’t kill. Professor Sprout carrots, yummy radishes 🤪, tons of lettuce, plenty of mustard greens, and a few tomatoes stood their ground against the cold.
