11 years ago today I opened the door to our daycare for the very first time. I remember being scared out of my mind. Scared that noone would show up. Scared that I couldn't handle it. Scared that we took this giant leap of faith and would fail...... but obviously all my fears were unfounded. We have been open 11 years and still going strong 🙂 I couldn't have done any of this without Anthony Bartrom and Nicholas' love and support. They have also opened their home (and hearts) to countless of kids over the years. Nothing fazes them anymore!! My mom Deanna Lair Creek has also been there every step of the way. She's visited countless times and loves seeing the kids (the kids are always amazed that i actually have a mom!!!). I especially couldn't have a successful daycare without all of the parents. All these parents have taken their own leap of faith and put their trust in me to take care of the most precious and important people in their lives. I can not thank you enough. To all the past and present parents that have walked thru my door I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Here's to many many more years 🥂

The kids saw a picture of the "jacks" game and asked what it was. I explained it to them and we watched a video of people playing the game. They were very interested in playing. So a big thank you to Hazel (Ashley Vitoux) for bringing in a set today so we could play 😊😊

All the kids love Nicholas and treat him like a rock star. So today at breakfast we had tropical mixed fruit

Child= what's that orange thing?

Me= i think it's mango

Child= yuck! I don't like mango

Me= you should try it. Nicholas loves mango

Child= Nicholas likes mango?

Me= yup he loves mango!

Child (sighing)= ok i try it (tries it) I like mango like Nicholas does!!!

Me= would you like some more?

Child= yes please i want more mango. I like mango like Nicholas

😂😂😂😂😂 looks like i found my new go-to phrase to get kids to try something!!!

Just a reminder that I will be closed this coming Friday (August 16th). Payments will be due tomorrow (Thursday)

I will be closed Monday, September 2nd for Labor Day

I will be closed Thursday, October 17th and Friday, October 18th (Payments will be due Wednesday)
