Agricultural education is about so much more than farming. It teaches leadership, responsibility, teamwork, public speaking, and real-world career skills that prepare students for life.

I'm proud that our district continues support strong FFA programs at Pine Ridge High, Deltona High, Heritage Middle, and Deltona Middle, and I'm excited that we're expanding the agricultural magnet program to Osteen Elementary.

By introducing students to agriculture earlier, we're creating more opportunities, inspiring future leaders, and building on one of our district's greatest strengths.

This is how we prepare today's students for tomorrow's careers.
