Traditional Tae Kwon Do (translated literally as the way of the hand and the foot) is a Korean martial art developed over thousands of years. It is intended to develop the whole person, mind, body and spirit. Practice of this art develops character through five major tenets: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit. Physically, it is a rigorous, balanced and full-body

work-out emphasizing intelligent use of the body through mechanically sound movements. When taught, understood, and executed properly, it is a powerful and beautiful art! At Deltona Martial Arts Center, we teach traditional tae kwon do in a nurturing and safe environment while challenging you to continuously develop your whole person with rigor and excellence. Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Deltona Martial Arts Center!

Today we celebrate the dads, grandfathers, stepdads, and father figures who make a lasting impact on the lives of our students and families.

Whether you’re cheering from the sidelines, helping your child practice at home, driving to classes and events, or training right alongside them, your support helps build confidence, character, and lifelong memories.

The lessons learned through martial arts are strengthened by the example set at home—through patience, encouragement, perseverance, and love.

Thank you for everything you do for your families and our martial arts community. We are grateful to have so many amazing fathers as part of the Deltona Martial Arts Center family.
