As we celebrate National Principals Month, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude and pride as we honor our very own Dr. Neher, who was named the 2026 Best of Deltona “Best School Principal” last night! 🎉

While this recognition is an incredible honor, what makes this moment even more extraordinary is the journey behind it—a story many may not fully know.

Nearly a year ago, Dr. Neher faced one of the greatest challenges of her life as she battled cancer and spinal fractures. Yet, through every obstacle, her unwavering faith, determination, and courage have continued to shine. Today, we celebrate that SHE IS IN FULL REMISSION! 🙌 We continue to stand in faith, believing God for the complete restoration and healing of her back!

Her comeback story is still being written, and last night’s award was truly the icing on the cake—a beautiful reminder that her strength, sacrifice, and relentless dedication have not gone unnoticed.

This honor is a testament to the love and appreciation of her TCA family and our community for a leader who pours her heart into ensuring every student receives not only an exceptional education, but an experience that inspires them to grow, lead, and thrive.

Yes, we are a faith-based school, and what a blessing that is! It means our students are led by more than an exceptional Head of School committed to academic excellence. They are led by a woman whose faith is anchored in God, who leads with courage, pursues excellence with passion, and dares to DREAM BIG! ✨

Through her example, our students are learning that challenges do not have to define their future, that faith can carry them through life’s greatest storms, and that with hard work, perseverance, and trust in God, they can rise above adversity and achieve extraordinary things.

BACK-TO-BACK BEST OF DELTONA WINNERS!

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude and excitement!

Last night, Trinity Christian Academy was honored to receive the 2026 Best of Deltona Award for Best School for the SECOND year in a row! What an incredible blessing to be recognized alongside outstanding public schools in our community, with our Middle School taking home the award!

But the true stars of this celebration are our amazing students, parents, and TCA families! This honor belongs to YOU!

At TCA, our passion and purpose go far beyond the classroom. We are committed to discipling the next generation, pursuing academic excellence, and equipping our students to Love God, Reach the Community, and Impact the World!

1999 | A HOME FOR THE VISION

By 1999, the vision that began more than a decade earlier had grown into something much bigger.

That year marked the official dedication of the expanded school buildings and facilities, created to accommodate TCA’s growing K2 through 12th-grade student body.

What began with a vision on Elkcam Boulevard was becoming a place where students could learn, grow, worship, compete, and build lifelong memories.

And that legacy continues today at 875 Elkcam Blvd, where the campus provides spaces designed for both academic and spiritual growth, including:
A full sanctuary for chapel services, Technology labs, A gymnasium, A library, Specialized learning spaces.

These aren’t just buildings.

They’re places where generations of Eagles have learned, worshiped, competed, made friendships, and discovered their God-given potential.

THE LION KING JR. IS COMING TO TCA!

Get ready for an unforgettable show as our Elementary Drama Club brings The Lion King Jr. to the stage!

This Friday & Saturday. Come enjoy the show and celebrate the incredible hard work, dedication, and talent our students have put into this production!

From rehearsals to the final performance, these young performers have worked hard to bring this story to life—and now it’s time to cheer them on!

BIBLE VERSE OF THE WEEK

What feels small to you can become more than enough in Jesus’ hands.

“Jesus took the five loaves and two fish, looked up toward heaven, and blessed them. Then, breaking the loaves, He gave them to the disciples to distribute to the crowd.” — Luke 9:16

When we place what we have in Jesus’ hands, He can multiply it for His purpose. Trust Him with your gifts, resources, and circumstances, knowing He can provide and bless others through you.

Lord, help me surrender what I have to You and trust Your power to provide, multiply, and bless others through me. Amen.

OUR VPK STUDENTS ARE LEARNING ABOUT COMMUNITY HELPERS!

This week, our VPK students discovered the many amazing people who help make our community a better place!

We were excited to welcome TCA parents and volunteers into the classroom to share about their professions and read stories about different community helpers.

One of our parents, who works at a veterinary clinic, came in to share how she helps care for animals and even read a special story to our students!

What better way to learn than by hearing directly from the people who serve our community every day?

We’re grateful for our TCA parents who partner with us in creating meaningful, real-world learning experiences for our little Eagles! 🦅

1998 | EAGLES HIT THE GROUND RUNNING

Another year. Another milestone. Another way for our Eagles to SOAR!

In 1998, Trinity Christian Academy officially launched its inaugural Cross Country season, expanding the growing tradition of TCA Eagles Athletics.

Building on the athletic foundation established throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, Cross Country gave student-athletes a new opportunity to challenge themselves, compete, and proudly represent TCA through long-distance running.

What began as another step in our athletic journey has become part of a much bigger story!

Today, TCA fields dozens of athletic teams across the fall, winter, and spring seasons, continuing to develop student-athletes and build the Eagles spirit through competition and teamwork.

BIBLE VERSE OF THE WEEK

“And he said to her, ‘Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace. Your suffering is over.’”
— Mark 5:34

In this moment, Jesus didn’t just recognize a woman’s faith—He called her Daughter and spoke peace over her life. What a beautiful reminder that we are seen, loved, and never forgotten by God.

Whatever challenges we face, we can come to Jesus with honest hearts and place our trust in Him. His presence offers hope, His love gives us strength, and His peace meets us right where we are.

Family Takeaway: Take a moment this week to remind your children that they can bring their worries, questions, and prayers to Jesus. Pray together, encourage one another, and remember that our identity is rooted in being loved by God.
