Throwback Thursday!

Take a trip down memory lane with VCA! We love looking back at special moments, memorable events, and all the experiences that make our school community so special.

With our Fire Department Field Trip coming up soon, let’s take a look back at last year’s visit! Our learners had a blast exploring the fire trucks, learning from our local firefighters, and—of course—getting to play in the spray of the fire hoses!
We’re hoping the weather cooperates so our learners can enjoy those same fun activities again this year. Either way, we know it’s going to be a fun and memorable day!

The VCA Book Fair Is Underway!

Our learners have been having so much fun exploring all the books and goodies available!

Learners, families, and staff have enjoyed discovering new books, along with fun extras like journals, pens, erasers, and bookmarks. There’s something exciting for everyone to find!

Hosted at VCA each year, the Scholastic Book Fair encourages our learners to discover the joy of reading and get excited about all the adventures, stories, and possibilities waiting for them inside a good book.

We love seeing our learners excited to browse, choose, and take home something they can enjoy reading!

Science + Slime = So Much Fun!
Our Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade learners had a blast during last week’s Oobleck Science Lab! They got hands-on with science as they mixed, explored, and created their very own Oobleck slime.
It was a messy, fun, and educational experience that had our young scientists excited to learn!

Throwback Thursday!

As we prepare to kick off field trips next month, let’s take a look back at some of last year’s adventures!

We had so much fun visiting the Fire Department, hitting the slopes for some skiing, taking on a game of bowling, and so much more!
Last year was full of fun, learning, and adventure, and we’re excited to make even more memories this year! We’re planning another year of fun and educational field trips just for our learners!

What a year it was! We can’t wait to see where this year takes us!

Meet Victor Vanguard!

Our school mascot, our protector, and the overseer of all things Lost & Found!

Victor keeps a watchful eye over the VCA learner body, making sure lost treasures don’t stay lost for long. From missing water bottles to forgotten jackets, Victor is on the case!

So if you see Victor standing guard at VCA, give him a wave! He’s got a big job to do—and he’s always watching!
