🚑 Gathering information during a medical emergency is vital for our patients and their outcomes. That is why we participate in the File of Life Program – a vital health documentation initiative.

Fill out this document with details like medications, health history, emergency contacts, and power of attorney. Keep it on your refrigerator for quick access for our crews during a medical emergency to ensure we have your updated and correct information for your care and treatment.

Please stop by out Station 1 at 60 Heinz Street in Delta during business hours (8:00 am-5:00pm), to pick up your File of Life envelope!
