Delta Family Center Delta Family Center is Delta County's resource center for families of all ages. The Backpack Program is FREE and open to all 3-5 year olds in Delta County.

Delta Family Center is comprised of: The Backpack Program, The Backpack Early Learning Academy(BELA Preschool), and The Family Resource Center. The BELA Preschool has locations in Delta, Hotchkiss, and Paonia. With partner preschools in Cedaredge and Crawford. The Family Resource Center provides numerous child and adult activities through a variety of services. Please call us for more information.
