Due to icy/ snowy conditions, the center will open tomorrow at 9:00 AM. Please note that breakfast will not be served, so we kindly ask that your child(ren) eat before arriving. Please note that 10:00 a.m. is still the cut-off time to drop your child off. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize everyone’s safety.

We’re hoping for warm weather to arrive soon! In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

❄️ CLOSURE FOR FRIDAY JANUARY 19TH 2024🌨

After careful consideration, we have decided to close the center tomorrow FRIDAY, JANUARY 19,2024 due to the pending snow storm. We are sorry for any inconvenience that it may cause for families. We just want everyone to be safe! We are hoping that Phil will bring us an early spring!

Delta Christian Academy is looking for the following:
We are currently in search of a loving, caring, and qualified teacher to join our staff. This individuals must enjoy working with infants, toddlers, and young children, have full-time availability, and be able to start Immediately.

AA Degree, in Early childhood and working in a licensed childcare facility required.

Duties: Ensure the daily care of every child in the center by following licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards. Use developmentally appropriate teaching methods and adapt as needed to meet the unique learning styles of each child; Teacher must be able to complete student assessments and individual lesson plans, use classroom observations, actively participate in parent conferences and communicate directly with parents.

Teacher must also maintain an engaging and interactive classroom that is kept clean and well organized. Be committed to making our center successful by making the children's needs a primary focus, and taking the initiative to create the best early childhood experience for each child. Must be able to participate in physical activity with the children, be passionate, fully engaged, and able to adapt and excel in a continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
