Day by Day Adult Day Care Day by Day Adult Day Care is located in Delta,CO. It provides opportunities for our Senior community members, to come together to build relationships.

Our care center gives experiences such as fun activities including swimming, games and museum tours. The Center is open Monday-Friday, 8am to 6 pm. Professional supervision is in place during all hours of operation, either RN or CNA. Transportation is available to aid customers in getting to the Center where breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. Activities are planned by the staff and custome

rs and are provided at no cost to the customer. These activities include bowling, swimming, games, visits to community attractions and events, museum tours, massages, pedicures and manicures, assistance with personal hygiene, shopping trips for general and grocery needs, transport to doctor visits and educational programs to assist customers to live a healthier lifestyle. The Center's goal is to provide resources, support and assistance that will allow customers to remain in their own homes. Survey information is available for review upon request. The State of Colorado inspects and reviews documentation periodically. The last survey review held 0 deficiencies.
