Yes, it is true. I was hired last week to be the School District's World Languages Program Planner. I have known only a week. Spanish 4 & 5 will be taught by Ms Merced. My last duty day is Friday, the 21st. It is a step up for me and the job allows me to better support my family. I leave with joyful anticipation as well as sadness as the Class of 2012 is one of a kind!

I just got back to our page tonight and found all your messages. It has been a long week with my husband in Trauma ICU after a fall. He has a spinal cord injury with life altering implications. He was in critical condition for 6 days before surgery on Friday and is still in serious but a more stable condition now. Thank you for all your sweet and soothing words. I plan to be back on Tuesday for the Mock.
