Creating a habit of Acting As If is a great way to build your confidence and your perception of yourself. This in turn helps build others perception of you.
Developing the “Act As If” habit will also help you with anxiety and fears. If you are having anxiety about something, Act As If you don’t and your anxiety will diminish. It will change the messages you are telling yourself in your brain.
