If you’re looking for a summer camp that keeps kids engaged from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, this is it.
Space of Mind’s Summer Discovery Camp is built for curious minds and active bodies, where kids learn by doing, exploring, and creating all day long.
No desks, no busy work. Just hands-on experiences designed for thinkers, makers, artists, problem-solvers, performers, and kids who thrive when they’re in motion.
Each week is a dynamic mix of movement, creative expression, STEM challenges, and real-world skill building, all woven together through collaboration, confidence-building, and a whole lot of curiosity.
From June 15th through August 7th, it’s a summer of trying new things, making meaningful connections, and discovering what lights them up.

Our students took a field trip to Cornell Art Museum at Delray Old School Square and spent the day exploring creativity, storytelling, and self-expression through art.
From thought-provoking exhibits to inspiring conversations, the experience encouraged our students to look closer, ask questions, and connect with art in their own unique ways. We love giving our learners opportunities to engage with the incredible cultural spaces right here in our community.

This is summer learning, reimagined.
At Space of Mind’s Summer at the School House, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Students build a schedule that works for them, whether that means catching up, moving ahead, or diving deeper into what genuinely interests them.
With supportive mentors, individualized guidance, and flexible pacing, learning becomes something that actually feels relevant, engaging, and self-driven.
Not traditional. Not rigid. Just intentional, personalized education designed around the learner.
Your summer, your path.

Teacher Appreciation Week felt like an appropriate moment to write about the structural transformation happening in education right now: schools functioning less like a centralized public system and more like an increasingly decentralized marketplace.
Parents are shopping. Educators are becoming founders. AI is reshaping expectations faster than schools can realistically adapt.
Microschools and hybrid models are expanding rapidly. And underneath all of it is a bigger question we still haven’t answered honestly:
What is education actually worth?
