We have had an overwhelming response to our scholarship opportunity for the upcoming Yoga Teacher Training - We really don't want to turn amazing yogis away because of finances *and* there are costs associated with the training. We have some AMAZING guest presenters as well as a thick manual and other materials which are costly. Because of this Nina will be hosting a donation based fundraiser class on Friday 2/17/23, 8PM-9PM

Class is the 26/2 series, all levels, silent and with music. We offered this class NYE and it was SO much fun, the energy was incredible! Hope you'll be able to join us!

Posture Clinic tomorrow Saturday 21 January at 130pm to 330pm with Nina. Take your practice to a whole new level of understanding - then put into practice what you learn with Nina by taking our 4pm class straight after the posture clinic (Also with Nina!!). We practiced an incredibly uplifting and inspirational New Years Eve class last night led by Nina - we raised over $700 in donations (all going to Bella's Promise Pet Rescue a local animal rescue) from our very generous students - what a truly amazing and worthwhile way to end 2022 and bring in 2023 - Happy New Year everyone! If you're interested, we plan to do it all again soon!!

We can't think of a better way to ring in 2023. Come take a FREE, donation based class with Nina on New Year's Eve. Practice will be 8:00pm to 9:00pm and all proceeds go to our local animal shelter, Bella's Promise Pet Rescue. This shelter is 100% volunteer and runs solely on donations.
