I’m taking the day OFF from teaching today — but don’t worry… you’re in VERY good hands with all the amazing subs I have lined up while I’m away! 💕
Today’s agenda:
✈️ Pack
🛍️ Run errands
🧘♀️ BREATHE
…and somehow fit everything I need for Costa Rica into a carry-on. 😳
Which brings me to the VERY important question…
How many pairs of shoes can I realistically fit in a carry-on?! 👟😂
Asking for a friend… who may or may not think every outfit requires a different pair.

Today was our last Wednesday morning together at Retro Fitness. I’m going to miss waking up with you, moving, breathing, laughing, and starting our Wednesdays together.
You all look SO beautiful in your Baby Wild Things. What a perfect way to end our Wednesday mornings. 🩷
But don’t worry… I’m still seeing you on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM — just a little less “slow & gentle” and a little more 🔥!
Thank you for making these Wednesday mornings so special. I’ll miss you! 🩷

☕️ My RYZE Mushroom Coffee Experiment is officially OVER!
Well… I gave it a fair shot, and unfortunately, it just wasn’t for me.
Instead of giving me the benefits I was hoping for, I experienced:
❌ More brain fog
❌ More bloating
❌ No extra energy
❌ And honestly… no noticeable benefits
Whatever benefits mushroom coffee claims to provide, I experienced pretty much the opposite. 😂
So, I’m calling the experiment DONE!
