Canadian Regulators Approve three Ethereum ETF’s
Purpose Investments, Evolve ETFs & CI Global Asset Management will start trading next week on the Toronto stock market.
Two month after the approval of Purpose Investments Inc. ‘Purpose Bitcoin ETF’, the first Bitcoin Exchange Traded Fund in North America, Canadian regulators approve the first three Ethereum ETF’s which will be traded starting next week on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
‘Purpose Bitcoin ETF’ is a proven success, currently holding $1.43B worth of $BTC in just two months of activity.
The cryptocurrency community has been waiting for crypto investment tools for many years, but it seems the Canadian regulators are paving the way for other countries, especially the USA to follow.
Ethereum is the second largest asset class with a current market cap of over $261B.
The Ethereum eco-system has been praised lately by institutional investors, and is said to beat Bitcoin, in market capitalisation by the year 2025.
