Grief doesn’t ask us to let go of love.It asks us to learn how to live with it in a new way.
After the loss of a spouse or life partner, many people carry a quiet fear:“If I move forward… am I leaving them behind?”
But love doesn’t disappear when someone dies.Love changes form. It becomes something we carry.
Carrying love forward isn’t betrayal. It’s devotion.
If this is where you are right now, I hope you feel a little less alone today.

🚶In grief, we don’t “move on” - we carry love forward in new ways.

Loss changes us, but it doesn’t mean we stop growing. Just like spring follows winter, healing doesn’t erase the past—it helps us bloom around it.

When we feel unbalanced internally, we tend to look for alignment externally.
If I just have ___, then I’ll be ____.
When really, what we have and who we are exist as two different experiences.
Becoming fulfilled internally allows our belonging to be additions rather than identifications.

The physical presence of loved ones, human and otherwise, may be fleeting in our life.
But the imprint they leave lasts forever.
Take a moment to think about those who are etched into your heart.
I’d love to hear about them below!
