Grief doesn’t ask us to let go of love.It asks us to learn how to live with it in a new way.

After the loss of a spouse or life partner, many people carry a quiet fear:“If I move forward… am I leaving them behind?”

But love doesn’t disappear when someone dies.Love changes form. It becomes something we carry.

Carrying love forward isn’t betrayal. It’s devotion.

If this is where you are right now, I hope you feel a little less alone today.

Grief isn’t just emotional. It lives in your body too...

💔 Random aches or chest tightness
😴 Sleepless nights—or feeling exhausted no matter how much you rest
🍽️ Appetite changes—none at all or too much
🌬️ Shallow breaths, forgetting to breathe deeply
✨ Your body is grieving right alongside your heart. It’s not weakness—it’s survival.

In my latest blog, I share:
🌱 Why this happens

💙 Your body deserves compassion too

I’ve been incredibly blessed to meet some of the most resilient souls—quiet warriors who carry deep loss with grace and still choose to love, give, and shine. They continue to restore my faith in the strength of the human spirit.

All it takes is one step. The rest will come.

If you know someone who has carried their pain with quiet grace—someone who has risen above unthinkable hardships with strength and love—please take a moment to share this with them. Let them know they are seen, valued, and honored for the way they’ve shown up in the world despite their losses. It could mean more to them than you’ll ever know.

Nothing in nature truly ends—it transforms.

🌻 Flowers wilt, but their seed grow new life.

🚶In grief, we don’t “move on” - we carry love forward in new ways.

💭 How has loss shaped what you cherish today?

Loss changes us, but it doesn’t mean we stop growing. Just like spring follows winter, healing doesn’t erase the past—it helps us bloom around it.

When we feel unbalanced internally, we tend to look for alignment externally.

If I just have ___, then I’ll be ____.

When really, what we have and who we are exist as two different experiences.

Becoming fulfilled internally allows our belonging to be additions rather than identifications.

Happy (almost) National Pet Day!

The physical presence of loved ones, human and otherwise, may be fleeting in our life.

But the imprint they leave lasts forever.

Take a moment to think about those who are etched into your heart.

I’d love to hear about them below!
