Thank you for getting your costume deposits in by Thursday! We will start sizing and orders this weekend!! ❤️

09/29/2026

Ms Gina and Ms Abbey attended UDMA in Chicago over the weekend with classes in dance education along with a huge costume convention with over 10,000 costumes. We have some great new tips and skills to share with our students, as well as lots of excitement for upcoming costume ideas and songs!!

We feel so sad to say after a lot of time and money for our big float this year, (and I'm sure a lot of others) we just heard the parade is canceled. Thanks to everyone who helped so much!!

In tradition, "WE WILL SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!"

We are decorating the DBG float and hoping for no rain during the Delphos Canal Days parade!! All DBG students are welcome to participate! Wear your favorite costume and meet us at the corner of 5th and State (66) Knipoen Chrysler Dodge Jeep at 1:30pm! Parade starts at 2pm! Littles may ride the float and if you want to walk, feel free to bring candy to pass out in the parade or walk a wagon! The more costumes and decor the better!!! Parents please meet your children at Delphos St John school when our float gets there.
We've never missed a Canal Days parade and it's our 34th year!! We love giving back to our community and participating in our hometown parade!! Let's Go DBG! ❤️

It's time to vote!
The Dancer By Gina is extremely grateful to be in the top five once again for best dance studio and best gymnastics! We are at the top because of YOU! And it's time to rally again!!

You know I told my faculty the other night it's easy to say you don't care about an award or whether you win or lose. It's a lot harder to say you do care! We teach our students to SHOW UP, WORK HARD, and always GO THE EXTRA MILE! So we all need to do the same! There's nothing wrong with wanting to be the best you can be and working hard to do that! On that note, we would be so grateful for your votes! You must vote for 25 categories each time to be counted and you can vote every day starting Sept 11 for two weeks. The Dancer By Gina is under Kids and Education Category for Dance studios as well as Gymnastics.
Let's inspire our children to be best they can be. We are proud to work hard, and we are proud of our accomplishments. We know we would not be here without all of YOU and are extremely proud of our DBG family, alumni, and friends of the studio. We would appreciate anytime you can vote for us!! Thank you!! ❤️

As we get ready to start the new season, here is a quick reminder for the traffic flow in the parking lot. Please do not stop or park in front of the main doors. There is an additional lot in the back of the building we added last year. Please be patient at the beginning of the year when new dance families are learning the process. Drive slowly and carefully as children are always present here. It's best to park and walk your child to and from the building please. Thanks for your cooperation. Here's to a wonderful new season at DBG!

Hey "Like a Girl" dancers!!!
We are performing in the Delphos Canal Days Pageant! Practice will be Tuesday Sept 8th 6:30-7:15pm at the studio for a quick brush up rehearsal! We hope you can all make it!! We know it's last minute but they need some talented fillers for apparel changes. It's a special performance opportunity this dance was selected for as we feel you will show lots of confidence at the pageant! The Delphos Canal Days pageant is Sunday Sept 13 at 4pm!! Brock Stevenson will also be performing a solo. Lots of fun to kick off the new season!!
