🌼🌼🌼 Our Annual Mum Sale begins August 24th! 🌼🌼🌼

Get your mums and mum buddies for the season.

Mums will be ready for pickup on October 1st.

Be on the lookout for flyers and an email from fundraiseit.org starting Monday, the 24th to get your child's sales link.

There will be fun, experience-related prizes for top sellers, both individual students and classes!

Beginning at 2:00 p.m.

We're looking for volunteers to help with setting up, during the sale, tearing down after the sale. Shifts start at 2:00, and end at the 8:00 p.m. range.

Whether this is your first time coming to a meeting, or you're a PTO regular, we'd absolutely love to see you tonight!

Stop by the gym during Open House on August 17th for the first Kids Clothing Sale of the 26/27 school year. Everything is $1 and all proceeds go to the Smith Elementary PTO.

If you're cleaning out your kids' closets and have clothes you'd like to donate, drop them off on the porch at 130 N. Liberty Street (right down the road from the school).

From the Staff of Smith Elementary:

As many of you are aware we lost our beloved coworker Leslie Kress on May 26th to a courageous battle with cancer. Leslie touched countless lives through her kindness, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the students, families, and staff of Smith Elementary School. Her impact on our school community will be felt for years to come.

As we honor and celebrate Leslie's life, we are creating a memory book to commemorate her years at Smith Elementary. We invite current and former students, families, colleagues, and friends to share photos, stories, and special memories of Leslie. Whether it's a favorite classroom moment, a kind gesture she made, or a photograph that captures her spirit, your contributions will help us create a meaningful tribute to the remarkable educator and person she was.

Please submit your photos and memories by Wednesday, June 10th. Thank you for helping us celebrate Leslie's legacy and the lasting difference she made in our school community. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. ❤️

The Coin Wars officially wrapped on Friday and the totals are in! Congratulations to Mrs. Bruestle's 3rd grade class for coming from behind and winning!

Everyone had such a fun time last week, and the hallways were filled with strategy planning and giggles.

We can't wait for next year's Coin Wars!
