PEP FIT | Online Train for Life Coach
🔥Helping women 35+ reclaim their strength with just 3 (30 min or less) strength training workouts a week, so they can keep showing up for the people they love.

Because your fitness should actually help you live your life.

That’s why the exercises I program for my members aren’t just random movements designed to make you tired.

They have a purpose.

⬆️ Half-kneel to stand: Can you get down to the floor and back up with confidence?

💪 Tricep chair press: Can you use your upper-body strength to push yourself up from a chair?

This is what Train For Life is all about.

Building strength that carries over into the things you actually care about.

Getting up off the floor.
Lifting your grandkids.
Carrying the groceries.
Getting in and out of the car.
Traveling.
Gardening.
Playing.
And having the confidence to say YES to the things you want to keep doing.

Because I don't want you training just to look fit.

I want you training so you can keep living fully.

That’s the difference between training for a workout…

and Training For Life.

What if you stopped trying to find the time to work out…and just started with TWO days?

Because that's how it started for me.

Not 5 days. Not an hour every morning.
Not some perfectly planned fitness routine.

Two days a week.

Then I started noticing something. I felt better. My clothes started fitting differently. I had more energy. I felt stronger.

So two days became three.

Then three became four.

And eventually, something happened that I never expected…

Movement became a habit I didn't want to miss. Now my body actually craves it. And my husband knows it. 😂

If I have a crazy day with meetings, hospital appointments, or life just getting in the way and I don't get my workout in, he'll literally say:

"You need to go work out."

Not because I need to burn calories. Not because I need to "make up" for anything. But because he knows what movement does for me.

It calms my body.
It helps me manage stress.
It clears my head.
It helps me sleep.

And honestly? I just feel better when I move.

Maybe you're reading this thinking...

"Steph, I don't have time to work out."

I get it.

You're taking care of kids.
You're taking care of parents.
You're working.
You're running a household.
You're carrying a million things in your head.

And the idea of adding a workout to that list feels like one more thing you don't have time for.

So don't start with five days. Don't start with an hour. Don't start by trying to become a completely different person on Monday.

Start with two.

Two 20–30 minute workouts a week. Give your body a chance to experience what movement can do for you.

Because sometimes the hardest part isn't the workout. It's believing that you deserve to make the time for it. And once you start feeling the difference? You might find yourself doing what I did...

Not working out because you have to. Moving because your body feels better when you do. ❤️

That's the goal. Not punishment. Not perfection.

A body that wants to move because you've taught it how good movement can feel.

So tell me...

If you committed to just TWO days this week, which days would you choose? 👇

Start there.

The last decision you need to make today?
What’s for dinner.

Moms make decisions ALL. DAY. LONG.

What time do we leave?
Who needs to be where?
What needs to get done?
Did everyone finish their homework?
What’s for lunch?

And then, at the end of the day, when your brain is DONE…

You’re supposed to magically figure out what everyone is eating? 😵‍💫

Nope. You don’t need more willpower. You need fewer decisions.

That’s exactly why I created Meals Simplified™.

It takes the daily “WHAT ARE WE EATING?!” chaos off your plate so you can spend less time planning, searching, shopping, and second-guessing—and more time actually enjoying your family.

And because you’re getting in early, founding members who enroll August 24–27 get:

✨ LOCKED-IN founding member pricing — as long as you stay enrolled
✨ Weekly meal plans + recipes that take the guesswork out of dinner
✨ Grocery lists so you know exactly what to buy
✨ Weekly RECAP on my favorite recipes

If you join in the first 24 hours, you will also get:
🔥A special founding-member gift
🔥July + August meal plan & recipe bundles — FREE

This isn't another diet.

It's not another giant recipe book you're going to download and never open.

It's a simple system for feeding yourself and your family without having to make 47 more decisions every day.

Because mama… you already have enough on your plate. Your dinner plate shouldn't add to it. ❤️

🚨 ENROLLMENT OPENS MONDAY, AUGUST 24 AT 7:30 AM EST.

If you're tired of staring into the fridge at 5:30pm wondering what the heck you're going to feed everyone…

You need Meals Simplified™.

Last week, we talked about practicing how to fall backward.

And someone asked: "What about falling forward?"

Great question. 👏

Forward falls can be a little trickier, which is exactly why I want to talk about them.

One thing we can practice is learning to distribute the impact through the forearms and open palms rather than trying to catch ourselves with one hand.

In this reel, I'm showing two ways to practice the pattern:

➡️ Standing and using a wall
➡️ Kneeling and using a couch

The goal isn't to practice taking a hard fall.

It's to start in a controlled position, use a stable surface, and gradually teach your body what it feels like to move into and absorb this position.

Because when something unexpected happens, we don't always have time to stop and think:

"Okay...what's the correct movement pattern here?" 😂

We want our bodies to have experience to draw from.

That's the bigger picture behind functional fitness.

We're not just training muscles.

We're practicing balance.
We're practicing coordination.
We're practicing getting down and getting back up.
We're practicing movement patterns that could help us respond when life doesn't go exactly as planned.

That's Train For Life.

And remember—practice should be controlled and appropriate for your current ability. If you're unsure, work with a qualified professional who can help you progress safely.

Because the goal isn't to become really good at falling.

The goal is to keep living a life where you're confident in what your body can do. 💚

08/20/2026

Not a completely different person.

You. Just stronger. More capable. More confident. More YOU.

Because here's what I want you to understand:

Three months is not a long time. It's about 12 weeks.

12 weeks of strength training. 12 weeks of walking. 12 weeks of eating in a way that fuels you instead of leaving you constantly starting over. 12 weeks of having someone in your corner, reminding you that you don't have to be perfect to make progress.

And imagine what that could look like...

You unload the dishwasher without your back complaining.

You get down on the floor with your grandkids—and get back up without making it a whole production.

You carry the laundry basket upstairs without feeling completely wiped out.

You have more energy at the end of the workday instead of counting down until bedtime.

You put on your favorite jeans and feel GOOD in them.

You catch yourself choosing a walk because you actually want to move—not because you think you should.

You stop wondering if your body can keep up with the life you want to live.

You start trusting it again.

And maybe the biggest change?

You stop saying: "I really need to get back in shape."

And start saying: "This is just what I do now."

That's the transformation I'm after with my PEP FIT women.

Not a 30-day quick fix.
Not punishing workouts.
Not giving up your life to get results.

A stronger body that supports the life you already have—and the woman you're becoming.

Especially if you're over 40 and you've spent the last decade (or more) putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own...

You don't need to wait until life gets less busy.
You don't need to find more motivation.
You need a plan that fits the life you actually live.

And you might be surprised by how much can change in just 3 months.

🌱 Three months from now is coming either way.

The question is:

Who do you want to be when you get there?

If you're ready to feel stronger, move better, have more energy, and finally feel at home in your body again, DM me “PEP FIT.”

I'll help you take the first step—and then we'll take the next one together!

08/19/2026

To the laundry.
To dinner.
To work.
To errands.
To kids' practices.
To everyone who needs something from you.

And when there's finally a few minutes left? You're exhausted.

So let's stop asking, “Where am I going to find an hour?”

Let's ask, “How can I give myself 20 minutes?”

What if taking care of YOU didn't require adding another hour to your day?

That's one of the reasons I love online coaching.

💚 No driving to the gym.
Your workout is waiting for you at home.

💚 No wondering what you're supposed to do.
I give you the plan.

💚 No trying to figure out if you're doing it right.
You get feedback and coaching from me.

💚 No disappearing into the crowd.
I'm a real human keeping track, checking in, and helping you stay accountable.

And most importantly...

You don't need an hour.

Have 30 minutes? Let's work.

Have 20 minutes? Let's work.

Have 10 minutes? Let's work.

Because 10 minutes of intentional movement is better than another day of telling yourself you'll start "when things calm down."

You already know you should take care of yourself. You probably even know what you should be doing.

What you may need is someone to make it simple, fit it into your real life, and help you stay consistent.

That's exactly why I coach women like you. 💚

You don't need more things on your plate. You need a way to make YOU part of the plate.

DM me PEP FIT and let's figure out how we can make your workouts fit into the life you're already living.

Because you are worth the time. 🫶

What if your next adventure didn't have to come with a list of things your body can't do?

This is Emily. 💜

This badass momma recently took her family hiking through the mountains. But this wasn't your typical family hike. Her young son brought his own hiking poles and hydration pack.

And Emily? She pulled her daughter, who has Rett syndrome, behind her throughout the mountains.

Read that again.

She didn't wait for the "perfect" conditions.
She didn't say, "I'm too old for this."
She didn't wonder if she was strong enough.

She trained for it.

Because this is what I want women over 40 to understand:

Your workouts aren't just preparing you for your next workout. They're preparing you for the moments you haven't even planned yet.

The family vacation.
The hiking trail.
The beach day.
The amusement park.

The adventure that gets thrown onto your calendar and makes you say:

"Okay. Let's go!"

That's Train For Life™.

We build strength, endurance, balance, and confidence so you're not constantly asking, "Can my body handle this?"

Instead, you're thinking:

"Where are we going?"

I want more women to train for the LIFE they want to live—not shrink their lives to fit what their bodies can currently do.

Be like Em. 👊

Train now for the adventures you haven't said yes to yet. Because the goal isn't just to get stronger. The goal is to stay capable enough to keep saying YES!

If dinner feels like one more thing you have to figure out… this is for you.

You’re not bad at meal planning.

You’re busy.

You’re juggling work, kids, appointments, activities, caregiving, and approximately 47 things that weren’t on your calendar this morning. 😅

And then 5:00 rolls around…

“What are we having for dinner?”

Suddenly, the easiest option sounds like the best option.

Takeout. Drive-thru. Cereal. Grazing through the pantry.

Not because you don’t want to eat well—but because you’re exhausted from making decisions all day.

This is exactly why I created Meals Simplified™.

It’s not another diet. It’s not a complicated meal-prep system. It’s not spending your entire Sunday cooking 27 containers of chicken and broccoli.

It’s a simple, realistic approach to feeding yourself and your family well—even when life is busy.

Inside Meals Simplified™, you’ll get:

🍽️ 4 weeks of meals planned for you
No more staring at Pinterest, Instagram, or your refrigerator trying to figure out what to make.

🥗 24+ simple, healthy recipes
Real food. Family-friendly meals. Nothing overly complicated or requiring hours in the kitchen.

🛒 Done-for-you shopping lists
So you can walk into the grocery store knowing exactly what you need—and get back out.

⏰ Meals that fit into real life
Because I know you don't have an extra two hours every night to prepare dinner.

🔄 Flexibility
You don't have to follow the plan perfectly. Swap meals. Use leftovers. Make substitutions. Adjust it to your family's needs.

❤️ And most importantly…a plan you can actually stick with.

Because the goal isn't to give you another set of rules to follow. The goal is to take one more decision off your plate.

You already make enough decisions every day.

What time do we need to leave?
Who needs a ride?
Did someone finish their homework?
What needs to happen at work?
What's on the calendar tomorrow?
What's for dinner?

Let's at least take that last one off your list.

And here's where it gets REALLY good…

🎉 Meals Simplified™ Founding Member enrollment opens Monday, August 24th! As a Founding Member, you'll get in at the Founding Member rate of $19.99/month. Mark your calendar! 📆

We schedule the kids' appointments. The dentist. The dog's vet visit. The oil change. The back-to-school appointments.

But when was the last time you scheduled YOURS?

We have just 4 months left in 2026.

So consider this your little Sunday reminder to check your calendar and ask yourself:

👉 Have I had my annual physical?
👉 Am I up to date on the screenings my healthcare provider recommends for me?
👉 When was my last dental cleaning?
👉 Have I had my vision checked?
👉 Is there an appointment I've been putting off?
👉 Is there something I've been meaning to ask my doctor about?

And here's why this hits differently for me...

Jared's cancer journey changed the way I look at health. You can feel fine. You can be busy. You can have a million other things that seem more important. And sometimes, you don't know what's happening inside your body until you look.

That's why I've become such a believer in advocating for your health.

Not living in fear. Not obsessing over every little symptom. Not Googling yourself into a panic. 😂

Just paying attention. Getting your routine checkups. Asking questions. Knowing your numbers. Speaking up when something doesn't feel right.

And not being afraid to say:

"I'd like to know more about that."

Because here's the thing...

Your health is one of those things that is easy to take for granted when everything is going well. But taking care of yourself BEFORE there's a problem?

That's part of Training for Life.

So here's your Sunday Share challenge:

1️⃣ Open your calendar.

2️⃣ Look at the next four months. If there's a health appointment you've been putting off, schedule it.

Your future self will be glad you did. ❤️
