178th Ekklesia in Pheonix, Arizona was a blast! It was great meeting everyone and seeing familiar faces.

Congratulations to all of the award winners, and congratulations to our old Section Chief, Dave Wilmer, on being elected Archon Counselor.

A special thank you to our brother Doug Dittrick for your incredible $1 million donation to the fraternity and for your continued generosity and commitment to our brotherhood.

16 brothers of FIJI had the opportunity to partake in Red Bull Chariot Race! With teams of 4, participants were required to to build their own chariot, do a skit, and race against other competitors. FIJI’s teams were Gamma, Chaos Construction Crew, Rainbow Road Renegades, and Paul Blart Mall Cops. We had an amazing time. Thank you for this opportunity!

Favorite thing about FIJI: “My favorite aspect of FIJI is the opportunity to build meaningful friendships with people I may not have connected with coming out of high school, and how those relationships ultimately help shape and strengthen my character.”

Thing’s he’ll miss about FIJI: “I will miss working with very strong, highly intelligent, and collaborative brothers on finance projects in the study room. I will miss all of my boys and the good times shared together. ”

Plans after OWU: “I will be working as an Operations Analyst at BNY in Pittsburgh.”

Favorite thing about FIJI: “The bond I have been able to build with my brothers especially my pledge class. I have many friends that I plan to work towards continuing our relationship past college even if we are not in the same living area.”

Things he’ll miss about FIJI: “What I will miss the most is just… man… … going out to eat”

Proud to announce that with all our efforts, the Theta Deuteron Chapter has been awarded with the Fraternity and Sorority Community Impact Recognition at the Golden Bishops Award, with our ongoing and impactful work with the Delaware Women’s City Club and the People in Need Food Pantry!

We were also honored to be featured in NBC4’s Tell Me Something Good segment. As brother Anthony Mordini said:
“Our goal is to do a good turn daily so every single day wake up and find something to help, help someone in the community, help someone on campus, help your mom or dad or whatever it may be.”

Thank you to everyone who showed up, gave back, and made a real impact for People in Need of Delaware. Thank you to the generous students, staff, Delaware community, and alumni, and everyone for their contributions. This is what community looks like. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Favorite thing about FIJI: “My favorite thing about FIJI is my brothers both past and present, this house and this fraternity has turned into my family. I have loved everything that this fraternity has offered me and the lifelong memories and friendships it has brought me.”

Things he’ll miss about FIJI: “I will miss my brothers and everyday interactions that I have experienced over the last 4 years from late nights in the study room, spring break trips, and more”
