Tonight’s carry. Keeping medical gear close and accessible is part of the mindset—not buried in the truck, not across the room, but where I can get to it when seconds matter.

This setup stays compact while giving me the essentials for serious bleeding and trauma response, including trauma shears, tourniquet, gauze, chest seals, gloves, and other critical supplies.

You never know when you may be the first person on scene. Carry the gear, know how to use it, and keep training.
