My Brave new mission is simple: Changing Lives.
I’m excited to serve our community as a Sales Representative with Bravery Home Healthcare, while continuing my passion with some private tennis and pickleball coaching.
My goal is to be a trusted resource by partnering with physicians, hospitals, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, senior living communities, and families to connect patients with physician-ordered, Medicare-certified skilled home healthcare services, including:
• Skilled Nursing
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Medical Social Work
• Home Health Aides
Many of you know me from providing
non-medical home care in the past.
My new role focuses on helping patients recover safely at home, regain their independence, and improve their quality of life under the direction of their physician.
One of the things that impressed me most about Bravery Home Healthcare is our incredible team of clinicians and our commitment to communication, responsiveness, and exceptional patient care.
When a physician or referral partner entrusts us with a patient, the physician provides the order, and our team immediately gets to work. We make a same-day welcome call to the patient, and our goal is to have one of our skilled clinicians in the home within 24 hours whenever possible. We know that early intervention can make a meaningful difference, and our entire team is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that gives every patient the best opportunity for a successful recovery and the best possible outcomes.
Outside of healthcare, I continue to provide private tennis and pickleball coaching because I believe movement, health, communication, trust, and meaningful relationships all play a vital role in improving quality of life. Whether I’m helping someone recover at home or improve on the court, my purpose remains the same: helping people become healthier, more confident, and more independent.
